I was driving a the bridge to my old workplace once and it was pouring rain and I saw this guy in a car in front of me stick his head out of the window and he started to comb his hand through his hair for a several seconds. Remember I'm driving at about 50 MPH and this guy was doing this so my thinking was he was washing his hair and blow drying it at the same time.
