Why not just become a pilot at this point..
If he wants to fly a real 767, it'll cost a lot more and take much longer.
Seriously, what's wrong with just doing it as a hobby?

It's much more expensive to learn to fly in most European countries than it is the U.S. That's why so many foreign nationals train here.
