Unborn British Child Threatened With Anti-Social Behavior Order 7

Since he hadn't been born yet, 33-year-old Charlotte Childs was shocked to get a letter from the police threatening to give her son an ASBO and inviting her to discuss how unruly he was. From the article: "Charlotte, who is 36 weeks' pregnant, said: 'The letter said there had been an incident of anti-social behavior and our child was identified. I would love to know how a 36-week-old fetus has managed to go to the park and cause trouble without me noticing.'"

The original version of this story - which I saw and dismissed from consideration a couple of days ago, even if my memory betrayed me - it was pointed out that the ASBO was actually issued to a child of similar family name and the same given name planned for the foetus. So it's a simple "bureaucrat spells name wrong" story.

Is there anything interesting on the telly tonight?

    DUMB question!

    • this story sounds made up, like what you will see in a Tabloid, right next to "I married Big Foot" and Bat boy is son of the Count from Sesame Street.

You're right. Mistaken identity. There's no story here, whatsoever. It's not like it also contained something about targeting someone for an incident of anti-social behavior or anything.
